PASTRY FOR BREAKFAST
We are super excited about this Bern-Thun-Zurich-Collab. Together with our friends Thun Bier and Blaser Café from Bern we brewed this black beauty with loads of pastry in the mashing plus some beautiful roasted coffee during and after fermentation. The aim was to create a not too sweet pastry stout you can enjoy more than once. Cheers!
